We all deserve to live a life we choose - with independence, respect, and dignity. That shouldn’t change just because the scenery does. At Westward Heights Care Center, we want to make every resident feel at home. Care and comfort always come first with us. We offer programs especially designed to meet the resident's physical, social and spiritual needs.
Westward Heights Care Center is locally owned and  directed by a Board of local citizens. The management services of Vetter Health Care Services oversee the day to day operations of the facility and give guidance to the Board in matters pertaining to Long Term Care.
Quality is not new to us... it is our tradition. Westward Heights Care Center is dedicated to enriching the quality of life of each individual resident.
Westward Heights offers tender loving care and rehabilitation to every resident. Whenever possible, we work to restore health with the ultimate goal of helping the resident lead a more independent life.
